Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping available to all countries within Malaysia. Currently, we do not ship to international.
  • Please take note that orders cannot be ship to PO boxes.

 

Shipment processing time

  • Generally, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • We are practicing to ship your order as soon as possible, but in certain situations this will not always be the same day as your order and you may expecting additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping Rates

  • We are charging Flat Rate Shipping at RM8.50 in the same checkout, no matter how many items you ordered.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • Generally, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours by shipper. We are not always send the tracking number to you, but sometime we do send if the package value is more than RM100. Anyway, you can contact us to get tracking number regardless how much value, we are happy to send it to you. Please use Contact Us page to do so.
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur on shipper’s side.

 

Damages

  • Gadget Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
